About the event
Kelly Hitchcock opened his first gym at the age of eighteen and has been self- employed and involved in the fitness industry for over 37 years. In 1993, Kelly and his wife Kim moved to Tyler, Tx. and opened KH Fitness. In 2018 they merged with Life Changing Fitness. LCF is a health and fitness campus featuring a Concierge Physician and Physical therapists. In addition to training his clients, in 2015 Kelly received his BCS (Behavioral Change Specialist) certification along with his NLP (Neural Linguistic Programming) certification. He is also a SMART Program Facilitator (Drug and Alcohol Program). Kelly firmly believes the future of health and fitness will focus more on the mind. “It’s not about changing our bodies; it’s about rehabilitating our mind”.
